Getting Started
We ask that you fill out and submit your new patient forms online to save time. When you arrive for your first visit, you’ll meet with Dr. Sue to talk about what’s brought you in. We’ll do an examination, which may include X-rays, if necessary. Dr. Sue will explain what she identifies as your problem and how your spinal alignment is affecting your well-being. You’ll receive your first chiropractic adjustment so you can start feeling better immediately.
Your first appointment takes about 45 minutes.
Insurance Information
When you call to book your appointment, we’ll get your insurance information over the phone so that we can check your coverage. You’ll know before you arrive what your co-pay will be. We’re in-network providers with
